Return Policy:  Any return must be validated by our staff. Call 715-381-8979 to get authorization on a return. Customer will pay return shipping and there will be a $50 restocking fee on our Ice Baller product.  Product must be returned in original foam packed box. There will be up to a 2 week period to return authorize and return funds via Paypal or Visa/MasterCard.
